Who Are We

Our organisation was founded by two allied professionals with a combined 30 years of experience in the disability community.

Portrait of Mim Firth

Mim Firth

Mim is a highly experienced physiotherapist who loves providing hydrotherapy services to complex children with a disability. Mim has provided therapy across almost every pool in Southern Tasmania and sees first-hand what a lack of disability specific infrastructure does to participation and access for people with a disability.

Mim is a born and raised Tasmanian who understands her community and their needs.

Portrait of Savannah Boyd

Savannah Boyd

Savannah is a passionate occupational therapist who understands how living with a disability can be isolating, not only for the person themselves but for their families and carers. Savannah's point of difference is her commitment to older children and young adults, a population that is frequently underserviced.

Since moving to Tasmania in 2020, Savannah has acted on a number of boards across the Tasmanian disability sector and is determined to make a positive and practical impact on the lives of Tasmanians with a disability.
